The Problem
Our client is an amazing corporate coach who doesn’t just train, but also helps set high-level strategy for companies. Our client inspired those she worked with and went to great lengths to set her people up for success. Unfortunately, when she was not in the office, a busy work life got in the way of the enthusiasm and productivity those corporate clients once had. Our client needed a way to ignite their passion and drive execution even when she was out of the office.
So, we went to work.
Our Approach
Our instructional designers worked with the coach to understand the initiatives they wanted their clients to execute. We built a 10-week program with 2-9 minute learning assets using mixed learning modalities. For this specific client, daily reflection and journaling were an essential part of the program. We implemented daily reminders to prompt individuals to execute.
The corporate clients downloaded the app on their phone, received reminders, and continued executing initiatives to drive the change set by the coach. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback on the convenience of the app. It’s all about keeping the initiatives top of mind. The Reinforcement App was the perfect resource to keep the team motivated and energized.
