“Drip” strategies, text and email follow ups… sounds like marketing 101, right? True, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t apply these same strategies to your learning ecosystem. Those strategies work for a reason, especially when you remember the Rule of Seven. People must see or hear something seven times before it sticks. You can implement drip strategies to advertise new courses. Remind learners to take required courses, and follow-up after training to increase retention and maintain engagement with content. This not only keeps you top of mind with that audience. It also drastically increases their adoption of the skills and information covered in the training.
